The Father sees your pain and is weeping over you in love. He desires to give you new life. Can you imagine the Father talking earnestly with Jesus? He says, My daughter is at the point of death. Let us lay our hands on her that she may get well and live. (Mark 5:23)
And Jesus gazes at you, takes you by the hand, and tenderly puts forth these words, “Little girl, I say to you, arise!” (Mark 5:41)
How will you respond? Can you arise with courage and walk forward with Him into the new life He is giving? If you can’t quite get up right now, can you invite Him to rest here with you? Jesus is with you and longs for you to be well. Stay with Him and let Him comfort you, remembering His words in Matthew 5:4: “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.”
Can you arise with courage and walk forward with Him into the new life He is giving?Click to tweet
