I think for many of us, worry and anxiety infiltrate our lives. We worry about our children or the paper that is due next week. We worry about all the chores around the house and that the bills will be paid. Then, there is so much tragedy in our world. We have anxiety over our safety and the safety of our loved ones. We fear what the future will look like.
