I was impressed with the digital version of the book. The text and images are clear and appear beautifully when I view the book on my iPad. I tend to have a lot of words on my mind when I am reflecting during these types of studies, so I knew that it would work best for me to answer the questions in a journal on the side. I would recommend the digital version if you are comfortable with readying on a screen.

When I was growing up, my mom always liked to tell me the story of how I was born. There were so many complications during her pregnancy that the doctors all advised that getting an abortion would be better. My parents, both devoutly Catholic, refused. Instead, they prayed for a miracle. One day, as my mom was praying her daily Rosary, she felt a gentle warmth spread across her belly. And she knew everything would be okay. True enough, I was born with no severe psychical or mental ailments-- a perfectly healthy baby girl. I'm here through the intercession of our Blessed Mother. That said, living up to the standard she has set has always been so difficult for me. I have long struggled in my devotion to Mary, our Mother. But with this devotional, I feel like I've gotten closer to her. The introduction, beautifully written, had called me to imagine her saying, "Good! You're here," and it made me realize that she's been waiting for me this whole time, ready to take me under wing and cover me with her mantle like she did 28 years ago.

I ordered the Home: 10 Virtues of Mary hardcover directly from Blessed Is She. My package was marked delivered, but when I opened it, there was no book inside—only a packet of stickers. I contacted customer service several times but didn’t receive a response initially. It was frustrating, especially since I needed the book for my church Growth Group. I’m happy to say that the issue was eventually resolved. Blessed Is She refunded my original order and shipped the book, which I received today. I really appreciate that they made things right. And I have to say, I love the book! It is beautiful and perfect for our study. The illustrations are absolutely divine. ❤️ My only suggestion would be to improve communication with customers when there is an issue. Otherwise, I’m very happy to finally have my book and look forward to using it with our group!

The virtues and the flow of each sessions are very conducive for sharing and reflecting on Mary and her role in our lives. This study is very well done in our opinion! I love the idea of a study on Marian virtues but this book is more of a journal with questions than a study on the virtues. For 35$+ I wish there was more actual content on the virtues of Mary. I enjoyed the study but am left feeling like I still want to study the virtues of Mary.
