When I received my necklace, the clasp was sticky and had trouble latching. About a week of wear later, it broke. I reached out and explained my situation and Blessed is She sent me a new necklace. I couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service and beautiful jewelry. The company truly embodies Christian value and for that, I hope to order more in the future. The piece is dainty and beautiful as advertised. I've worn it daily since it arrived. My one complaint is the crucifix often gets turned around, hiding the beautiful face of Jesus. Sometimes, the medal covers the crucifix, too. The medal and crucifix are on the same bail, which is probably part of the problem. Overall, I love this necklace and say it's definitely worth the cost.
