Terms for Blog Submissions
By submitting your work to us, you attest to the following:
- You are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this legally binding agreement with BIS.
- Your submitted work contains your original work. Any portion of your work that is not your original work was procured with all necessary licenses for our uses per the license below.
- By submitting your work, you grant BIS a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, paid-in- full, license to use your submitted work for any BIS purpose, including the creation of derivative works, with no expectation of attribution or additional compensation to you. You retain copyright ownership in your original work.
- If BIS is accused of legal wrongdoing because of this submission, you shall be responsible for reimbursing our attorneys’ fees, costs, and damages assessed against us.
- You acknowledge that BIS may or may not use your submission.
