My prayer life has been going great since I’ve signed up for Prayer Pledge.
It’s so convenient receiving the readings in my inbox each morning, which I usually check first thing when I come in to work.
It has lifted my spirit and given me the strength to go about my day knowing that I have heard the word of God and to be reminded of his presence each morning!

Work has been a little crazy for me – I’ve recently just started a new job and it’s my first full-time job ever!
Could I ask that you pray for me so that I don’t drown in my work load and am able to shine Christ’s light in my workplace?
Thank you for your prayers x

Hi Catherine! How exciting – your first full time gig! And somewhat overwhelming to ease into. You are in our prayers – you are going to do great things!

Very happy the prayer pledge has been fruitful for you 🙂

It is 3:10am in California and I just finished the Divine Mercy chaplet.

    Yes I prayed today?

Please keep the following individuals in prayer:
Sandra who starts chemo on 1/27 for breast cancer and for Ron who is having brain surgery today for a hemorrhaging tumor in his brain and for the tumor on his lung that they cannot work on until after his brain surgery!

Thank you sisters! I’m loving this prayer pledge!

    God’s peace??

It’s my Birthday today. Please, pray that I am getting to be a better person every year. I want to be an example to everyone I meet of a good woman who is happy being Catholic. I don’t need to know if anyone feels like becoming Catholic or becoming a better Catholic for having known me, but I hope that when someone meets me, he or she says that what I have is what he or she wants to have, too.

Sorry that I sorta double posted. I thought I had accidentally deleted my post that was longer and said what I wanted.

This month has been big for me. First thing every morning, I make a cup of coffee and then pray with a journal and devotion. I am a graduate student and it’s become very important to take this time every day to spend with God. I’m currently considering transferring to another school, which makes that prayer time even more important. If you lovely sisters could be praying over these tough transitions in my life, I would be so grateful.

That’s a great idea, Sarah! I pray when I’m still in bed, but maybe getting out of bed and journaling with a cup of coffee will help me stay focused.

This month has been quite challenging for me but I give my sorrows to our God. Your daily devotions help so much to keep me gazing at our Lord. Please pray for my daughter who continues to battle with her disease. She has gone through so much and continues to this very day. Thank you and God bless you my sisters.

I feel overwhelmed from some changes and big plans in my life. I have many blessings, but I’ve been feeling down since yesterday. I feel like I am praying daily, but not enough. I pray for the individual intentions of all my Blessed is She sisters, and I pray that God can help me manage my time better, help me to spend more time with him, and help to uplift my spirits. I pray that the Lord helps you to face any challenges you may be going through and will shower you with his peace and love.

This month has been really difficult. My prayer life, character, and confidence have deteriorated because I am overwhelmed with stress and paralyzing fear since I have been looking for a job for months. Bills don’t wait and finances are low. I’m living on my own and I have no community or friends to reach out to keep my mind positive. I committed to praying the rosary for two of my friends because I want to get out of this. It keeps me going to church on top of attending daily Mass and I find peace in praying for them. I know you all will keep me in your prayers. Thank you.

Ruby, how stressful and discouraging! I’m so sorry you are suffering through this. Financial challenges are difficult enough, especially when not surrounded by the kind of support system you need and deserve. Joining you in prayer for your friends and for your job hunt <3

Hello, I have recently started following Blessed is She through instagram. I watch the live videos everyday when I get a change.

I have a few intentions and would be so humbled and grateful if you could pray for these Catholic people in my life:
    1. For Sara, that God would lead her to the gentlemen he has planned for her to marry.
    2. For Jessica, that God would lead her to the gentlemen he has planned for her to marry.
    3. For Barrett, that God would lead him to the young lady he has planned for him to marry.
    4. For Michelle, that God would lead her to the gentlemen he has planned for her to marry.
    5. For two others (names not mentioned) that God would lead and protect them..that He would lead them according to His will for their lives and protect them from any harm.

    Thank You 🙂

Thank you for your prayers. I visit the homebound for my parish and two gentlemen who I visit and truly love have received Annointing of the Sick and a a lovely, spriritual lady is battling a terrible infection. All three are very sick. Would you please say a prayer from my homebound friends, their caregivers and their families. Thank you.

It’s been so good having this prayer pledge this month! I’m praying for all of your intentions tonight before I head off to bed, and ask that you lift up my intention as well pls… on Friday, my cousin terminated her pregnancy 24 weeks in due to some medical complications with her son that she didn’t think she could handle. Please pray for her and her family, her baby’s soul, and for the Lord to shine some light upon this whole situation. Thanks ladies! Be blessed <3

The Lord has granted to me a still heart after a bad break-up. He continues to heal those cracks and wounds. So please pray for continued healing. And for my roommates, Melanie, Rachel, and Emily, and for their families. And for my friend, Sarah, who is going through a break-up.

    Pax et gaudium.

I have successfully been able to pray the Rosary almost every night. On the 20th, I was only able to pray one decade and then on the 21st, I could only say one Hail Mary. The rest of the nights, I have been able to say the whole prayer.

I ask for prayers for my personal intentions, I also ask prayers for a good start to the semester and a good spring semester.
