Today, we celebrate the Baptism of Our Lord. In the devotional for this beautiful feast, Brigid Hogan (that’s me, actually!) wrote about being bathed in the glory of God. That awareness and acceptance of God’s presence in our lives is something we can reflect back out into the world. As we wrap up this week thinking about putting our prayer into action, maybe we can begin to view ourselves as prisms for the light of Christ. We take the rays of grace that shine into us, refract it, and shine a full rainbow of His glory out into our world.
Each action and word in our day is an opportunity to reveal Christ to others.
Comment below with your thoughts:
How can you reveal the grace of God today? Who in your life needs to be bathed in light? Can you pray for them today?
or, simply answer:
Did you pray today?
