On this last day of January 2023, we are sent forth in love.
The fruit of divine intimacy is not only our personal wholeness and holiness, but it spills over into the way we love others.
When we give our hearts to the Lord, He gives us His. We no longer love by our own strength, but by His grace. When we awaken to His love, we awaken to the need for love in others.
And this is how we are meant to go forth—declaring the love of the Lord by displaying love to others.
Let us continually draw from the well of divine intimacy so that we can pour His love into the longing hearts of the world.
Closing Prayer //
God, You are Love. You are worthy of all our love. We offer You our hearts. Please transform them by Your love, that we may be small reflections of the ardent love with which You seek souls. Amen!
Reflection Questions //
Who in my life is in particular need of love? How can you reflect the love of the Lord by loving them?
What is my greatest prayer moving forward from the Prayer Pledge? How do I want the love of God to move in my life?
