Weekly Wallpaper // 23

This week I got see an exhibition by an artist known as Sister Mary Corita. Her body of work is absolutely breathtaking. The bright colors pull you in and as you get really close to read the tiny words she is written, your heart is drawn in even further. I used what I saw as inspiration to create this week's free weekly wallpaper depicting a part of today's gospel reading, John 6:51:

Jesus said to the crowds: "I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world."

Let us remember this week that it is his body and blood that give us life and it is this life that we are to live in love and joy.
